GPSSA User Guide - Workplace Fitness Assessment

This service allows the employer to submit work fitness requests that evaluate the health status of employees with the concerned medical committee working with the authority; GPSSA receives the requests and ensures that they meet necessary conditions for submission to the committee

Step 1

Select your employer from the drop-down list.

Click on “Continue".

Step 2

Enter the one-time-password (OTP) that is sent to your registered email address.

Then click on “Confirm OTP”

Step 3

Click on “Services” from the ribbon at the top of the portal.

Step 4

Click on the “Workplace Fitness Assessment” tile from the services to choose from.

Step 5

Review the definition of “Workplace Fitness Assessment”, and the steps that will need to be taken to place the service request with GPSSA.

Step 6

Then click on “Request Service” to initiate the assessment with GPSSA.

Step 7

Enter the insured’s Emirates ID, and their details will be automatically populated.

Step 8

Fill out the Type of Fitness, Date of Fitness and any additional comments where required.

Upload mandatory and any supporting documentation, as request...
