GPSSA User Guide - Agent Enrollment

A service request to become an agent for a registered GPSSA member.

Step 1

Select “Services” from the ribbon at the top of the portal

Step 2

Select the “Agent Enrollment” service.

Step 3

Review the definition of “Agent Enrollment” as well as the process and pre-requisites that need to be met to become an Agent, should you require any clarification

Step 4

Click on “Request Service” to initiate a request to purchase service years

Step 5

Indicate if you have an Emirates ID and enter the member’s Emirates ID number.

Step 6

Indicate if the Power of Attorney (PoA) has an expiry date.

If the PoA has an expiry date, please enter the date on which the PoA expires.

Step 7

Upload a notarized Power of Attorney (PoA) document.

Step 8

Click on “Submit” to finalize your request to become an Agent for a registered GPSSA member.

Step 9

Read and accept the terms and conditions.

Then click on “Submit”

Step 10

Enter the one-time-password (OTP) that is sent to your registered email address.

Then click on “Confirm OTP”
