- Having reviewed Umm Al Quwain Law No. 3 of 2006 Concerning Real Estate Ownership and its amendments;
- Umm Al Quwain Law No. 1 of 2009 Regarding the Amendment of Umm Al Quwain Law No. 3 of 2006 Regarding Real Estate Ownership;
- Umm Al Quwain Decree No. 2 of 2018 Concerning the Merger of Government Departments in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain
have issued the following law:
The following terms and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each of them, unless the context otherwise requires:
Emirate: The Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
Ruler: Ruler of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
Government: The Government of Umm Al Quwain.
District: The Municipality of Umm Al Quwain.
Organization: The Real Estate Organization in Umm Al Quwain.
Real Estate: Anything that is permanently fixed in place and cannot be moved without demolition or alteration, including land, buildings and Real Estate units of all kinds.
Foreigners: All individuals and/or companies who are not citizens of the United Arab E...
