EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) as Local regulatory authorities based in Dubai, are responsible for enforcing the Green Building regulations for all the projects within its jurisdiction. Part of the responsibility also includes creating the right awareness and regulatory support to make certain that the so called forward looking sustainability regulations are genuinely implemented on the project and not confined to a mere paper exercise.
Keeping this intent and concern in focus, the sustainability department of EHS has created a guideline titled “Green Building Implementation Kit “ for Stakeholders, a brief document which EHS believes, if followed in principle over the course of the project, would lead to practical sustainability.
