Subject : Third Party Structural Review for Building (Superseding CED Circular CEDGR-77, dated 31-July-2018.)

With effect from 17th November 2019, the current Trakhees-CED Circular-CEDGR-77 dated 31-07- 2018 will be superseded by DM Circular No. (237) - Ref. 812/02/02/1/1909000 dated 15-09-2019 regarding the amended procedure of Third party structural review on buildings.
The amended procedure is applicable for new Building Permit applications received in CED effectively from 17th November 2019.
All applications submitted before 17th November 2019 will be processed according to the current procedure>
