Subject: Improvement of the Building Permit/NOC Process (Updated)
Trakhees Civil Engineering Division is pleased to amend the circular ref. Circular-102936/2012/MAS issued in 30th October 2012 for better flexibility when the contractor documents are not available during the time of submission as follows:-
- The consultant can submit for Building Permit/NOC services. Trakhees will carry out the required technical review and approval notification of 6 months validity will be issued.
- Within the validity period, the contractor shall be appointed and the consultant shall apply to collect the Building Permit/NOC.
- Additional 6 months could be granted to collect the Building Permit/NOC subject to providing an accepted justification and revalidation fee will be applied. No further extension will be accepted and therefore new submission for BP/NOC shall be applied as per common procedures.
