Trakhees - Civil Engineering Department is pleased to announce its participation in the implementation of Single Window for Building Permits Services (Dubai BPS) at the Emirate level.
The aim is to enable all PCFC Trakhees applicants to submit applications of Construction works Permit and obtain the required approval in contribution with the supporting entities through this window.
The Single Window Services includes the following Services:
- Building Permit - Final
- Building Permit - Revision
- Building Permit - Redesign
- Building Permit - Conditions Clearance
- Building Permit - Amendment
- Building Permit - Renewal
- Change of Consultant
- Change of Contractor
- Building Completion Certificate
