Trakhees CED is responsible for observing Community Compliance in Residential Communities under its jurisdictions. As per Trakhees Community Rules and Regulations, the below acts are considered serious violations:
• Overcrowding in Residential Units.
• Bachelors residing in residential villas that are dedicated to family use only.
• All the Commercial activities in residential units.
• Disfigurement to the property's appearance as a result of owners' negligence towards the standards that shall be adhered to in maintaining a proper view of the residential unit's exterior.
➤ Misuse of balconies, especially for drying laundries, installation of satellite dishes, storing goods, or any other misuse that may affect the purpose of balconies.
➤ Installation of outdoor air conditioning units in a way that destructs the decent appearance of the residential communities.
