Subject: Dubai Building Code Implementation

Trakhees - Civil Engineering Department is pleased to announce the starting of implementation of Dubai Building Code in accordance with Dubai Decree no. 45, dated 2021 by the Emirate of Dubai.
The aim of Dubai Building Code is to standardize Building Design Regulations for Permit approvals across Dubai Government Authorities, in the Emirate of Dubai.
Dubai Building Code is applicable for all the building designs that are permitted after mandating the subject Decree, which also supersedes all existing and related Trakhees Codes.
Based on the subject circular, with effect from 30° of December 2021; Dubai Building Code is hereby mandatory for all Permit applications for developments under PCFC-Trakhees jurisdiction.
