For all type of units such as Retail/Commercial/Office, Residential and Industrial, it is allowed to design and execute below listed decoration works without obtaining permit/approval from Civil Engineering Division in the Department of Planning & Development - Trakhees.
1. Internal Wall finish/Painting:
Any final finish over the existing wall using decorative material such as tiles, stone, wall paper, wooden veneers, painting etc. (This is not applicable for Industrial units and food outlets).
2. Furnishing:
Any movable pieces of furniture, and display shelving for retails shops that are placed within the area.
3. Low Height Partitions:
