The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation Trakhees - Civil Engineering Department is pleased to announce the signing of MOU with M/s. Roads & Transport Authority regarding the organization of works and issuance of permits in areas affected by 2020 Railway Protection Zone.
Accordingly, and in accordance with this circular, all applicants in Special Development Zones, under Trakhees jurisdiction, are hereby requested to obtain No Objection Certificate from Roads & Transport Authority - Rail Agency prior applying for Building Permit or carrying out any construction works within Railway Protection Zone and Railway Tracks including excavation works, pilling etc. or any modification, including maintenance of the facades.
