Effective 1st May, 2007, we have decided to eliminate the application for Notice of Intent from the Contractor and request you to note that we require the additional under noted documents to be submitted by Consultants for obtaining a Building Permit for Super Structure, Piling Works or Shoring NOC :
1. Demarcation Certificate for the plot approved by the concerned developer / authority.
2. Main Contractor's Trade Licence OR Specialist Contractor's Trade Licence in case of any specialist works like Piling, Shoring and Post Tensioning etc.
3. Curriculum Vitae of the Resident Engineer for the Lead Consultant and the Main Contractor, who shall be accredited by the local authority"(Civil Engineering Department) on both BLUE and GREEN codes.
