According to this circular and with reference to the issuance of the third updated version of the Telecommunication Network Manual for Building by M/S Telecommunication and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

Therefore, we stress the necessity of adhering to the updated version of the manual attached to this circular to clarify the mechanism process for aligning and approving New Development Projects in the Emirate of Dubai by the manual and compliance with the regulatory procedures contained therein.
