This circular is intended to bring notice to all concerned Parties that effective from first of May 2023, PCFC- Civil Engineering Department (CED-Trakhees) shall enforce Civil Engineering regulations and requirements for all construction projects located within plot (3260288) in Jadaf Dubai Community.
CED - Regulatory Authority - shall be responsible to inspect all Facilities located within plot (3260288) in Jadaf Dubai Community to ensure CED requirements are complied with all times.
Based on the above, all Clients and Interested Parties must comply with CED requirements. Accordingly, CED have the right to take action it deems appropriate against violators including financial penalties imposition.
