Dear All,
TRAKHEES - Civil Engineering Department has launched its latest Colour Code, the Turquoise Code in January 2008. The provisions of this code take effect in January 2009 and we are already working with current projects to include as much as possible of these provisions.
Accreditation also is mandated as of January 2009 and should be undertaken by all those impacting the design and execution of the provisions. This includes Urban Planners and Architects, as well as site engineers responsible for buildings. Utility Projects Site Engineers need to be aware of the requirements to make sure their services do not adversely affect facilities provided for Special Needs People.
