Regulations and Policies and Policies

1. Commencement

1.1 These regulations shall come into force as of the date of their adoption and issuance, referred to as the Company Regulations and Licensing Regulations of the City of Fujairah for Creative Zone - Free Zone. The competent authority may amend these regulations from time to time.

2. Authority and Enforcement

2.1 These regulations and policies have been prepared in accordance with the business requirements of the City of Fujairah for Creative Zone and in accordance with the authority to establish and license companies applicable within the city under the Decree (each as specified below).

2.2 These regulations and policies regulate the conduct of establishing companies and branches within the city.

2.3 The Companies Law, UAE Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 concerning commercial companies, shall serve as a reference for the imperative rules and requirements within the City of Fujairah for Creative Zone - Free Zone, according to the available models established in th...
