Cabinet Decision No. 150 of 2026 Regarding the adoption of the national curriculum

The Cabinet:

• having reviewed the Constitution;
• Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
• Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2020 concerning Specifications and Standards;
• Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2023 on Procurement in the Federal Government;
• Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 concerning Commercial Companies, as amended;
• Cabinet Decision No. 72 of 2021 concerning the National Content Programme, and its amendments;
• Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Industry and Advanced Technology, and with the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

Article 1

The National Content Programme attached to this Decision is hereby adopted.

Article 2

Cabinet Decision No. 72 of 2021 concerning the National Content Programme shall be abrogated, and any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall also be abrogated.

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
