The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (20) of 2020 on specifications and standards,
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (11) of 2023 on procurement in the Federal Government,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (32) of 2021 concerning commercial companies, as amended,
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (72) of 2021 concerning the National Content Programme, and its amendments,
- Following the proposal put forward by the Minister for Industry and Advanced Technology, and with the approval of The Cabinet,
Has decided:
Article 1
The National Content Programme attached to this Decision is hereby adopted.
Article 2
Cabinet Decision No. (72) of 2021 concerning the National Content Programme shall be abrogated, and any provision that contravenes or conflicts with the provisions of this Decision shall also be abrogated.
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the day following the date of its publication.
