The Cabinet:
- having reviewed the Constitution،
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
- Pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (43) of 2021 concerning fees for the services of the Judicial Training Institute and publications issued by the Ministry of Justice,
- And pursuant to Cabinet Decision No. (65) of 2024 concerning the organisational structure of the Ministry of Justice,
- Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by The Cabinet,
Has decided:
