Freelance Service Agreement
This Freelance Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] (the "Effective Date")
BETWEEN:
1. [Client Full Legal Name], a company incorporated in the UAE under license number [Client's License Number], having its registered address at [Client's Address] (the "Client")
AND
2. [Freelancer Full Legal Name], holding a valid UAE residence visa and license number [Number], with Emirates ID number [Freelancer's Emirates ID] and having a registered address at [Freelancer's Address] (the "Freelancer").
The Client and the Freelancer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Client hereby engages the Freelancer, and the Freelancer agrees to provide the services described in detail in Schedule A (the "Services"). The Freelancer shall perform the Services diligently and in a professional manner, using their own skill, expertise, and equipment.
