- Federal Law No. 11 of 1992 promulgating the Civil Procedure Law and its Implementing Regulations and amendments;
- Federal Law No. 18 of 1993 promulgating the Commercial Transactions Law and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies and its Implementing Regulations and amendments thereto;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 Concerning Electronic Transactions and Trust Services;
- Sharjah Law No. 2 of 1999 Concerning the Establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and its Internal Regulations and amendments;
- Sharjah Law No. 2 of 1998 Concerning the Establishment of the Planning and Survey Department in the Emirate of Sharjah;
