The following words and phrases shall have the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Commercial Companies Law: Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On Commercial Companies.
Authority: Securities and Commodities Authority.
Market: The Securities and Commodities Exchange authorised in the State by the Authority.
