The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority,
- Having considered the provisions of Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market,
- Cabinet Decision No. 12 of 2000 concerning the Regulations as to the Listing of Securities and Commodities,
- Cabinet Decision No. 193/18 of 2000 of 13/3/2000 concerning the constituting of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority,
- After consultation and coordination with the bodies concerned with the licensed markets in the United Arab Emirates,
- And Pursuant to the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority at its meeting held on 5/2/2002,
Has decided to approve the following Regulations as to the Listing of Foreign Companies.
To list the shares of a foreign company for trading on a Securities Market licensed in the State, the following conditions shall be satisfied:
