SUBJECT: Compliance with Green Building Requirements
All new constructions within the PCFC jurisdiction have to comply with the Green Building regulations as relevant and applicable for the project. While this is being ensured at the design phase through adequate review mechanisms of EHS during NOC-BP process, it is very important that the commitments made during the NOC-BP submissions are carried forward in letter and spirit to the construction phase. This crucial activity has a significant role in shaping the success of the project and in turn making it truly green not only in design but in construction and operations too.
The Facility Permit Dept. in coordination with sustainability department would, as part of our regular/mandatory site inspections, under take site level inspection of the Green elements of the project as well from 02 Jan 2013 ...
