SAFETY CIRCULAR NO: EHS/FP/03/2012

TO: All Business Units of Dubai World Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors
SUBJECT: Non-Compliance with EHS approval- Certificate of Conformity (COC)
It has been observed in the recent past that few contractors/consultants/PMT are not adhering to EHS regulatory requirements with respect to obtaining the certificate of conformity before starting the work under Trakhees jurisdiction. All the contractors/consultants/PMTs are hereby advised to confirm their COC status before submitting any MCC/BCC application to EHS. All the MCC/BCC submissions should clearly verify a valid COC in the EHS check list as required part of the submission process. The submission if not confirm the COC status of the project; will not be entertained for final inspections.
