Regulatory Decision for the Creation of a Register to Record the Commercial Business Mortgages in the Free Zone and the Clarifications of the Registration

Procedures After perusing 

- Jebel Ali Free Zon Ordinance No. 4 of 1980.

- Dubai Decree No. 1 of 1985 on the Establishment of the Free Zone Authority in Jebel Ali Port,

- Dubai Law No. 2 of 1986 on Business Activities in the Free Zone in Jebel Ali Port,

- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2001 on Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation,

- Dubai Law No. 2 of 2001 regarding the amendments of some provisions of Dubai Law No. 2 of 1986 on the Business Activities in the Free zone in Jebel Ali Part
- And the Dubai Law No. 9 of 1992 on the Free Zobe Establishments and its Implementing Regulations No.1/92 issued pursuant to Law No. 9 of 1992, (Article 56, Article 57, Article 58, Article 59, Article 60)

Implementing Regulations No. 1/99 vissued pursuant to Dubai Law No. 2 of 1986, (Article 57, Article 58, Article 59, Article 60)

And by the virtue of the powers conferred upon us we issue the following Decision.

Article 1

Create a Register to record the Business (Going Concern Value) Mortgages at Jebel Ali Free Zone.
