These Regulations have been developed to ensure that Bunkering Operations are conducted in a safe manner to reduce and minimize risks to personnel and the environment and apply to all parties involved with Bunkering Operations within the PCFC-DPA Ports. These regulations do not replace IMO and federal regulations. All relevant parties must apply these Regulations as a minimum standard for all Bunkering Operations within the PCFC- DPA Ports.
