This week, the official gazettes of the UAE and Dubai published a number of important changes for businesses. At the federal level, there are new international agreements, updates to tax regulations, healthcare standards, and new rules for e-invoicing and Emiratisation. In Dubai, committees were announced to develop the film and gaming industries, strengthen inclusion programmes, and clarify the rules for expropriating property for public use.
