Changes in the UAE legislation

1. Ministerial Decision No. 265 of 2023 Regarding Qualifying Activities and Excluded Activities for the Purposes of Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses has entered into force and is now available in Russian language in Real Law service. This Decision was considered invalid before its publication. In November 2024, the Decision was published in the Official Gazette of the UAE Government and thus entered into force. The Decision covers periods from  January 1, 2023.
