1. Federal level
Annex to the UAE Government's Official Gazette No. 798 has been published. The supplement includes:
- Federal Law No. 2 of 2025 On amending some Federal laws;
- a number of Federal Decrees relating to international co-operation.
2. Dubai
Two issues of the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai have been published - Issue No. 716 and No. 717. We advise you to pay attention to Administrative Decision No. 1 of 2025 Regulating the maritime means of transport for conducting commercial maritime activities in the Emirate of Dubai. This document will soon appear in Real Law.
