In this issue we tell what documents have been published in the Official Gazettes of the UAE and Dubai Government, as well as new analyses from Real Law lawyers and other business documents that have been added to the service this week.
1. At the Federal level, the UAE Government has issued Official Gazette No. 798. The gazette contains new federal Cabinet, Ministerial and administrative decisions in areas such as administrative law, health, corporate and tax law, and financial regulation. These documents will soon be available on the Real Law service.
2. The Government of Dubai has issued Official Gazette No. 715, which contains legislation on real estate, security and administrative law. Real Law will soon include:
- Law No. 6 of 2025 on the Allocation of Public Land to Public Institutions in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Decree No. 19 of 2025 on the Safety of Construction Work in the Emirate of Dubai.
