From 21 March 2025, free zone businesses in Dubai can directly operate in the mainland according to Decision No. 11 of 2025 after
fulfilling certain conditions. The Decision applies to all free zone businesses except financial institutions operating in the Dubai

The Ministry of Economy has reduced the restriction period on transferring ownership of shares in private joint stock companies listed in
UAE financial markets to 6 months. Relevant Decision No. 50 of 2025 came into effect from March 6,2025. Read more about the new
