On the rules for entry and residence of foreigners in the UAE. As of August 9, 2025, changes regarding visa conditions and sponsor requirements will come into effect. The basis is Decision No. 51 of 2025 Amending some provisions of Director General of Authority Decision No. 74 of 2022 Regarding the Conditions and Controls Implementing Cabinet Decision No. 65 of 2022 On the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 29 of 2021 Regarding the Entry and Residence of Foreigners.
