We, Saqr bin Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and its surroundings
- Having reviewed the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Law of 1981;
- Ras Al Khaimah Local Order No. 1 of 1994 On Promotional Campaigns for Advertising and Publicity Purposes;
- Ras Al Khaimah Executive Regulations of Local Order No. 4 of 2002 Concerning reductions at Reduced Prices (Discounts);
- Based on what was presented to us by the Crown Prince and Deputy Governor;
- Based on the requirements of the public interest
have ordered the following law to be issued:
In applying the provisions of this Law, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated against each of them:
Emirate: the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
Department: Department of Economic Development
Chairman: Chairman of the Department of Economic Development
Director: Director General of the Department of Economic Development
Competent Department: Department of Commercial Affairs and Licensing
Specialised Department: Permits Department
