- Having reviewed Ras Al Khaimah Royal Decree No. 5 of 1999 Establishing the Environment Protection and Industrial Development Authority in Ras Al Khaimah;
- Ras Al Khaimah Decision No. 3 of 1999 On the Management of the Environmental Protection and Industrial Development Authority in Ras Al Khaimah and its Attached Statutes;
- Ras Al Khaimah Decision No. 10 of 2002 Concerning the Management of the Environmental Protection and Industrial Development Authority in Ras Al Khaimah;
- Based on what has been presented to us by the Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler and in the public interest,
have issued the following law:
In the application of this law, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
