After considering:
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2001 concerning the establishment of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation;
- Decision on Offshore Companies Regulation dated 15 January 2003;
- Dubai Decree No. 5 of 2006 appointing the Chairman of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation;
- Law of Jebel Ali Free Zone No. 1 of 1980; and
- Decision dated 14 November 2006 concerning the registration of Offshore Companies by Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority,
It was resolved as follows:
- Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority shall be authorized to register any offshore entity desiring to own properties in any of the following projects within the Emirate of Dubai:
1. Freehold Areas.
2. Dubai Properties – Wasl Properties.
3. Meraas Holding.
