The Authority shall provide appropriate assistance to the Company:-
a. in procuring that the Company is licensed to operate, as a foreign owned company within the Fujairah Free Zone;
b. with obtaining residence visas for an agreec number of employees of the company.
c. with respect to the issue of certificates or origin in appropriate cases.
a. Promptly to pay the rent as it becomes due in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, whether formally demanded or not.
b. To deposit all the Passports with the Authority irrespective of their designations. In the event the Passport is required for business, vacation or renewals, the same car be collected with a cash deposit listed as under:

Management Dhs. 5,000/=
Employees Dhs. 2,000
The Company shall provide the Authority with a Refundable Security Deposit of (Dhs. 15,000/-) (Dirhams Fifteen Thousand Only) as a Security Deposit for the Premises Water & Electricity, Telephone, Fax.
