The Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, in implementation of section 27 of the Off-Plan Development Regulations 2024, hereby makes the following rules:
(1) These Rules may be cited as the Off-Plan Development Regulations (Fees) Rules 2024. (2) These Rules will come into force on the date of publication. (3) In these Rules: "Regulations" means the Off-Plan Development Regulations 2024. "Project Account Rules" means the Off-Plan Development Regulations (Project Accounts) Rules 2024. (4) Terms used in these Rules which are defined in the Regulations or the Project Account Rules shall have the meanings given to them in the Regulations or the Project Account Rules.
Schedule 1 to these Rules makes provision for the fees that are payable to the Registrar under the Regulations or the Project Account Rules.
