FTA has released 10 practical Tax Agent User Manuals for working with the EmaraTax digital platform. The manuals are created for tax agents and those who want to work with them.
EmaraTax is an online platform which gives the access to digital services on registration, filing returns, paying taxes and receiving refunds. EmaraTax also provides a number of e–services related to tax agents. New manuals explain how to use these services with details and illustrative examples for each step.
The following is the quick overview of each guide:
– “Link Juridical Person Tax Agent to Taxable Person” manual will help a registered or unregistered legal person to apply to appoint a tax agent to manage their account. On the EmaraTax portal, the taxable person can control the tax agent, in particular limit the time of the access and select the types of taxes and activities to which the tax agent will be given access.
