New FTA guide on Private Clarifications and Tax Procedures

The purpose of the document is to explain the process of applying for Private Clarifications, including the requirements and cases for fees refunding.

The clarification will help the taxpayers to understand:

- the nature of Private Clarifications,
- who is eligible to apply for a Private Clarification,
- the cases when the Clarification will not be granted or will be rejected,
- the process of obtaining Clarification (required documents, fees and cases in which the fees can be refunded).
