Pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, Article 42 of the GCC Common Customs Law pertaining to the regulation of export procedures and the provisions of Chapter 02 of the GCC Unified Procedures Guide, the following procedures and controls apply:
Exporter: a person or corporate who export goods.
1. An evidence of the exporter activity of obtaining the customs code.
2. Non-conforming or prohibited goods (under national laws or legislation) may not be exported.
3. Presentation of the required approvals and permits from the competent authorities concerning restricted goods.
4. Customs Administration may request the translation of foreign documents, contracts, correspondence into Arabic.
5. Customs Administration have the right to ask for documents, contracts and correspondence.
6. Exporter, his representative, or an authorized Customs broker may submit customs documents, information t the Customs Administration electronically,
