- Federal Law No. 3 of 2022 on the Regulation of Commercial Agencies;
- Cabinet Decision No. 40 of 2023 On the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Economy;
- Cabinet Decision No. 82 of 2023 On the Commercial Agencies Committee;
- Federal Judicial Council Decision No. 81 of 2024 On the Appointment of a Judge to Chair the Commercial Agencies Committee at the Ministry of Economy;
- Ministerial Decision No. 43 of 2025 Regarding the Appointment of Members and secretary of the Commercial Agencies Committee;
- Ministerial Decision No. 161 of 2025 Regarding the Appointment of a Judge to Chair the Commercial Agencies Committee
have decided the following:
