- Upon perusal of the federal law No. 1 of 1972 on functions of the ministries and powers of the ministers, as amended,
- The Federal decree-law No. 2 of 2017 on immunity of the foreign cultural objects against seizure or confiscating.
And for the requirements of work progress at the Ministry,
Decides as follows:
Whoever is grieved by granting immunity to a foreign cultural object pursuant to the aforementioned Federal decree-law No. 2 of 2017, or has found out inaccuracy of the information and data based on which the immunity was granted, may submit an objection against granting such immunity, subject to the following conditions and procedures:
1. The objection should be grounded on serious reasons justifying it.
2. The objector should have sustained damage due to the granted immunity, regardless whether the damage is moral or material.
3. The objection shall be submitted to the Ministry attached with all the supporting papers, documents and data.
