Ministerial Decision No. 770 of 2025 Regarding the Circumstances and Duration of Suspension of an Employer's File for a domestic worker

Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation,

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022 Concerning Domestic Workers, its amendments, and its Executive Regulations;

- Ministerial Decision No. 45 of 2022 Concerning the Formation of a Committee to Hear Appeals against Decisions Issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and its amendments;

- based on the requirements of the public interest;

has decided:

Article 1

The definitions contained in Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022 and its Executive Regulations, referred to above, shall apply to the words and expressions wherever they appear in this Decision.

Article 2 - Cases of Suspension of the Employer's File

Taking into account the provisions of Article 15 of the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022 referred to above, and without prejudice to any of the penalties and procedures stipulated in any of the legislation in force in the Ministry,
