- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and the laws amending them;
- Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 On the Regulation of Labour Relations and the laws amending it;
- Cabinet Decision No. 11 of 1982 On the Regulation of Procedures for the Resolution of Collective Labour Disputes;
- Ministerial Decision No. 307 of 2003 On Collective Labour Disputes;
- Based on the submission of the Undersecretary for Human Resources
has decided:
Within the scope of this decision, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated, unless the context requires otherwise
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Ministry: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
Minister: Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
Establishments: The Establishment in which the dispute arose, specifically and to the exclusion of other Establishments, even if the other Establishments are owned by the same employer.
