- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 Regulating Labour Relations, its amendments, its Executive Regulations and the decisions implementing them;
- Ministerial Decision No. 45 of 2022 On the Formation of a Committee to Hear Appeals Against Decisions Issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and its amendments;
- And based on the requirements of the public interest;
has decided:
For the purposes of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set forth opposite them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Ministry: Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation;
Business Centres: Private sector establishments that provide support to establishments and individuals in obtaining certain services from the Ministry, through employees at those centres who are granted User authority for the purpose of applying for and following up on services ...
