- Federal Decree-Law No. 40 of 2023 On Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes;
- Cabinet Decision No. 56 of 2025 Concerning Private Mediation Centres and Branches of Foreign Mediation Centres;
- Ministerial Decision No. 383 of 2025 Concerning the Formation and Working System of the Committee for the Licensing of Private Mediation Centres and Branches of Foreign Mediation Centres;
- Based on the presentation by the Head of the Judicial Inspection Department,
has decided:
The definitions contained in Federal Decree-Law No. 40 of 2023 On Mediation and Conciliation in Civil and Commercial Disputes shall apply to this Decision. The following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
