Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation:
- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and the laws amending it;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 On the Regulation of Labour Relations and its amendments and Executive Regulations;
- Cabinet Decision No. 21 of 2020 Concerning Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and its amendments;
- Ministerial Decision No. 209 of 2022 Concerning the Classification of Establishments within Category III;
- Ministerial Decision No. 598 of 2022 Regarding the Wages Protection System;
- Based on the proposal of the Undersecretary for Human Resources Affairs
Clause (5) of the table in Article 2 of Ministerial Decision No. 598 of 2022 referred to above shall be replaced by the following Clause:
