Ministerial Decision No. 50 of 2025 On Reducing the Restriction Period for Transferring Ownership of Shares of Private Joint Stock Companies Listed on the State's Financial Markets

- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments, 

- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On Commercial Companies, 

- based on the presentation of the Undersecretary of the Ministry,

have decided the following:



Article 1 - Definitions 

The words and phrases mentioned in this Decision shall have the same meanings assigned to them in Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 On Commercial Companies (referred to in this Decision as the “Decree-Law”), unless the context requires otherwise.



Article 2 - Reduction of the Restriction Period on the Transferring Ownership of Shares 

The restriction period stipulated in Clause (1) of Article 266 of the Decree-Law for private joint stock companies listed on the State's financial markets shall be reduced to (6) six months. This period shall be calculated from the date the company is registered in the commercial register with the competent authority.
