- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 regarding the duties of the Ministers and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regulating labor relations; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 21 of 2020 regarding fees for services provided by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 1 of 2022 regarding the executive regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the regulation of labor relations
