His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratization:
- Having reviewed the Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 regarding the duties of the Ministers and powers of the Ministers, and its amendments; and
- Federal Law No. 13 of 2020 regarding Public Health; and
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regulating labor relations; and
- Cabinet Decision No. 1 of 2022 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021
Has resolved:
Taking into consideration clause (6) of Article 13 and clause (6) of Article 16 of the abovementioned Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and Article 22 of its Executive Regulation, both the Employer and the Worker shall abide by all the regulations and procedures issued by the Ministry and the competent authorities in the state related to occupational health and safety.
